Terms of service

These terms are between your school (or group) and Dataforge Technologies, Harare, the provider of Ruzivo Educore.

The service

We provide school management software as an online service, with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the plan you chose is billed monthly in US dollars (ZiG accepted at the day's rate). You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid month.

Your data

Your school's records belong to your school. You can export them at any time. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the records you keep and for the people you give access to.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to try to reach another school's data, or to test our security without written permission (see Security for how to report a problem).

Availability

We aim to keep the service available around the clock and publish live status at /status. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Liability

We take great care with the service, but our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid in that year, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Changes and law

We will give 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms. They are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
